An Almanac in Perl

The darker it is, the easier it is to sneak around unseen. The ability to see at night is mostly affected by the phase of the moon. This information is available in almanacs, and Perl makes it easy to create one. The almanac presented here uses the Astro::MoonPhase module to do most of the work.
