Graph Canonicalization

Graph canonicalization lets you form unique text representations for graphs, thereby enabling quick text-based searching without resorting to time-consuming isomorphism algorithms.

EquivClass.GenerateEquivClasses(g) 		# generate equiv classes   
Canonicalize.GenerateSymmetryClasses(g)	# generate symmetry classes
Traverse.generateSymmetryOrders(g)   	# generate symmetry orders
