Windows Presentation Foundation doesn't contain all of the controls available in Windows Forms, and the WPF designer is not yet as robust, but WPF introduces some powerful advantages such as a new command structure and skinning abilities. As it matures, WPF will replace Windows Forms as the way to build line-of-business applications.
